Withdrawal of purchase

Have you placed an order with us and would you like to cancel it? You can. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the product.

Through the form below, you can submit your withdrawal directly online. You do not need to log in or contact our customer service first. After submitting the form, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email with the date and time of your notification.

Good to know:

  • You must return the product within 14 days after your withdrawal.
  • You will receive a refund of the amount paid, including standard delivery costs,

Within 14 days after we have received the returned product or after you have provided proof that you have sent it back.

  • Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, for example custom-made items, sealed hygiene products, or perishable goods.
